Project:

A priority project of Queensland Gas Company (QGC), a BG Group business, Queensland Curtis LNG involves transporting coal seam gas via a 380km pipeline to Gladstone, where it will be turned into liquefied natural gas at a plant on Curtis Island.

The Queensland Government has declared the Queensland Curtis LNG Project a "significant" project for which an environmental impact statement (EIS) is required. This assessment is designed to help the Queensland and Australian Governments decide whether the Project is environmentally and socially acceptable.

8bits developed the online & DVD versions of the Environmental Impact Statement in line with the project's Terms of Reference criteria & branding guidelines. The result is a clear interface that successsfully contains over 8,000 pages of documentation, providing access to information 24x7 to the regional, national and international community.
